We contract with rural carriers, LECs, CLECs and wireless service providers to provide our services to their subscribers. Our products also make the telephone easier to use by providing a broad array of connectivity features, such as our patented StarBack® return-to-operator feature. We have many patents and patent applications covering many aspects of our services. We provide our services from a nationwide network of call centers located strategically throughout the U.S. Metro One employs thousands of highly skilled operators who use their local knowledge in combination with Metro One's top-flight systems in order to serve callers.
